Hotel's staff were helpful. The property was in an excellent location next to the Nantucket Whaling Museum. The hotel was set on a quiet side street, what meant no noise.

Incredibly beautiful hotel in a marvellous location, has absolutely gorgeous views of harbor or outdoor courtyard. It has exceptionally comfortable and relaxing rooms with climate control, flat-screen television and a dining area.

Claudia was terrific and a wonderful hostess. close to where we wanted to go so walking was a breeze. bed was very comfortable.
sound travels between the rooms and floors way too much. its a new building so i'm surprised more attention wasn't paid to sound proofing.

This place is situated in a perfect location with a captivating museum nearby, and the staff members are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Very cozy environment, with inviting, relaxing common areas. The fireplaces added warmth and appeal. The proprietors Matt and Claudia were appropriately attentive and helpful, but not intrusive. I loved the widow's walk upstairs, giving a view of the harbor and town. It's location is terrific, within walking distance of the town's attractions.
There was nothing not to like. We would have enjoyed a hot tub or a whirlpool, but that is not a deal breaker, by any means.

The inn is very close to the steamship authority right off the center of town. The innkeeper was very nice the breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful

It was cozy, clean, with several small common rooms that had games, gas fireplaces, etc. We had to leave very early, so sadly I can't rate the breakfast... but I have a feeling it was going to be good!
We booked through your site instead of the Inn website... only to learn when we got there that they don't allow small children. :( Thankfully, the staff allowed us to stay despite that fact. It was awkward. As a booking site, you really ought to do your research, and make sure to advertise important facts. Your site asked us if we wanted a crib, which was misleading. The sound carried- it felt like we were sharing a room with strangers at times.
